More oldies...

I have been getting gifts ready for some of my favorite teachers who are leaving next year.   My goal is to make them a box of cards!   So I have been working like a "MAD WOMAN" creating cards.   I am so sad to have these teachers leave that I just had to create something special for them!

This first card is made from two of my favorite techniques called Crayon Resist and Faux Tearing.   Stamp the images you want and outline them with crayons then sponge in color.   BUT before you add color, tear a couple of post-its and place them to the cardstock.   Sponge your colors and leave some white on your paper...giving you the illusion that the paper has been torn!

Stamp set: Gently Falling, Oh Hello

Ink: Early Espresso, Rich Razzleberry, Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, Black Stazon

Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Rich Razzleberry, Glossy Cardstock

Accessories: 3/8" Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon, Woodgrain Embossing Folder,  Crayons, Stampin Sponges

Another technique is using the Crimper.   Stamp you images on a piece of card stock, mine was 1 3/4" wide.   Place it in the Crimper for texture.   Taking your 2 way glue, put glue in all the valleys.   Add Dazzling Diamond Glitter when finish to give your card some shine!
