Saying Good Bye to November

by ktstamps, 1:54 PM
I love all the beautiful fall colors and I just wanted to do a couple of cards in the colors I so love. The technique of the first card is called Glitter Ridges. I hope you can see the glitter at the top of the card. I stamped the leaves in Stazon and then I used my blender pen to add color to the leaves: Ruby Red, More Mustard, Old Olive, and Dusty Durango. Then I ran it through my Crimper, used 2 way glue, and added Glitter. The stamp sets: Autumn Harvest and Wandering words. Card stock: Basic Black, Dusty Durango, and Rudy Red. I love the way it turned out!

This card is crayon resist. I used my Jumbo roller with the retired Leaves Awash. I used Basic Brown ink. I sponged the card with More Mustard, Ruby Red, Old Olive, and Crushed Curry. The card stock: Old Olive, Ruby Red, and Glossy White. I died my white ribbon Ruby Red and added a sentiment.

Thanks for visiting today! Come again!

Christmas in the air

by ktstamps, 9:30 AM

Today I am having my last Christmas stamp-a-stack. The friends that are coming to the class live a couple hours away. They have to take a Ferry to get to the city! I am so excited to see them and create with them. Class will be starting in 30 minutes, have to run.

A little behind

by ktstamps, 6:57 PM
I wanted to share with you a couple of projects I did in October. Both of these have lots of meaning to me and I am excited for the way they turned out. (Sorry I haven't posted any earlier, school has me going like crazy and I am just trying to stay even with the pace!)

The first is a card I made for the volleyball team. I cased this from Rubber Stamping Diva. I changed some of the colors and added my own flair. The girls thought this was awesome and really appreciated the fact I made them something.

Next was my Breast Cancer class. It was $35 and I gave 20% to Breast Cancer. I wish I had more people attend. But, this is a combination of cases from Andrea Walford and Patty Bennett.

Have a great Sunday. Turning in my comments and grades tomorrow. Then I can spend more time STAMPING! Thanks for looking!
